Last week, I searched in Madison, TN and I got a place which is really nice to open a Japanese Rest but I also got an important information which most of population of Madison is Hispanic-American. So I wonder, if there is not much American, most of them are Hispanic_American instead, should I open a Japanese Restaurant in that area?

what is the soup you get at the japanese restaurant before you main meal?

what is the soup you get at the japanese restaurant before you main meal?

its like a broth with mushrooms, alittle green onion and bamboo shoots.

Miso is cloudy, the one you got is known as Sunomono, made with a dashi broth which is seaweed based with bonito flakes a bit of sake or mirin and soya sauce, I am a former chef from Canada and worked in Japan and they are 2 soups that even in Japan are common to cleanse the palate before a dinner of sushi or tempura.

Miso is made with the same base but with a soya bean paste added and as said it can have tofu or just veg in it, Sunomono is clear with veg only.

What is the best Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong?

Posted by admin on June 15th, 2010 and filed under japanese restaurant | 4 Comments »

I’m looking for a great Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong that will cater to a party of about 15 people. Don’t want to break the bank, but willing to put out a little extra cash for excellent food.

I have tried many Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong, however the one that stood out the most was this one called Moeh Japanese Dining. They are located in Causeway Bay, in a building called Island Beverley across from Sogo. We had our corporate business dinner there, and they are quite accommodating. It’s mid-end so the price is not outrageous, but the food is super tasty.

You can check them out at www.moeh.com.hk

What is the best Japanese restaurant in macon ga?

Posted by admin on June 7th, 2010 and filed under japanese restaurant | 3 Comments »

I’m having a birthday dinner and I want to go to a Japanese restaurant where they cook the food in front of you, so I was wondering what’s the best one in macon ga?

    1. Sho Gun Japanese Bar & Grill is very good. 900 Burrus Rd. Macon, Ga 31204

    2. Mikata Japanese Steakhouse is rated very high. 2972 Riverside Dr. Macon, Ga 31204

You can’t go wrong with either one of these restaurants, they both cook the food in front of you and maybe you can check them out on the internet to see which one you prefer even though they are very similar. Happy Birthday!!!
