  • What is a good Japanese restaurant in the Dallas area that is good as Tokyo One?

Posted by admin on October 30th, 2010 and filed under japanese restaurant | 4 Comments »

I really want sushi. I want to go to Tokyo One, but my dad doesn’t want to pay $120 just to get in. So what is a good restaurant that is good as Tokyo One?

There’s an awesome place called Reikyu and it’s in Mockingbird Station right next to the Angelika theater. The sushi and rolls are outstanding as is the atmosphere The price is moderate, but definitely not as expensive as Tokyo One. You guys should check it out.

Hole in the wall Japanese food restaurant in downtown Toronto?

I want to say it’s behind a Marriott… though I’m not sure. It might be a Courtyard or it might just be some other random nice tall hotel. All I know is that the Japanese restaurant is behind the hotel. Or to the side of it, I dunno. It’s a relatively short walk away from the mall…. bah. I can’t remember. It was yearsss ago that I went there.

Does anyone know the name of it from this description?

You might be referring to Japango..best sushi in the city in my opinion. 122 Elizabeth Street.

Trying to find a fun Japanese restaurant near Soho in London for a friend’s birthday party?

Posted by admin on October 19th, 2010 and filed under japanese restaurant | 3 Comments »

Having a friend’s birthday, and we want a Japanese or Asian Fusion restaurant in or near Soho in London to go to. We are heading for karaoke after dinner, so need a restaurant with good atmosphere, saki, basically a place to eat and drink enough to want to sing post dinner! Wagamama does not count as good atmosphere!

Group of about 12 people, and ideally need a restaurant that has more than just sushi as well for picky eaters (so hot and cold Japanese or Asian Fusion food)

    Thanks!

Hibashi Japanese restaurants are the ones where the cook prepares the food infront of you

its habachi and yes i love those for first dates you can do habachi or go sushi its a great atmosphere but if either of the ppl on teh date are shy it can be awkard having one and one time since you’re seated wiht about 6-8 other strangers.
