How much beef is up … How much beef is up to you, but I put 200-400 grams. Any curry paste should work, but I have only used Japanese brand crry paste.

im pakistani, and we usually have chicken or beef curry which is recognized by its either red or light brown extract (depends on flavor)… and either way its hot and deliciously saucy which only goes well with naan or chapati!
