      I’m from Hong Kong. Although I don’t know Japanese, from the Kanji (Chinese character like), I can pretty much guess what’s happening. The red text says, “On Sept 1, 1939, 4:45am, WWII broke out.”

      The story is all about Operation Barbarossa, you play as a German commander to invade Soviet Union. At the beginning, you can organize your troops before each level starts.

      Speaking of WWII games, Panzer General (PC) and Operation Europe (SNES) are much better than this one.
