hb steakhouse is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but fogo de choa is good to but that might be another type of restaraunt idk!

Thai Coice on Westhiemer at Wilcrest has delicious food.

Tokyohana on Loop 610 also has wonderful food and tables where you can sit on the floor if you prefer.

There used to be a place here called Tokyo Garden where you sat on the floor. I regret never going.

As far as Thai, I’m a fan of Thai Restaurant on Westheimer.

Japanese all tastes the same to me, but if you like the hibachi tables, go for Tokyohana across from Lakewood as opposed to Benihana.

Miyako has tables where you sit on the floor. It's Japanese and not exactly Along Came Polly.
