  • Does anyone know the approximate fat content in Ramen noodles served in authentic Japanese restaurants?

Also interested in fat content for Pho served in authentic Vietnamese restaurants. I’m on a restricted fat diet and supposed to keep my intake of saturated fat low, but I love Veggie Pho and Veggie Ramen. I can’t find good nutritional estimates for the fat content in restaurant ramen and pho though.

Try the website www.caloriesperhour.com. It has the most comprehensive nutritional information I’ve found. And it has many restaurant and fast food items, as well as grocery items by brand.
