Do you want sushi? Personally, I'm not sure I'd trust a buffet that does sushi (Toronto, if you haven't guessed, isn't exactly a coastal town). I do have a couple places I trust mostly on reputation (they're not cheap). Bowls of soba noodles...a safe option...same with a well-done miso soup. Yakitori skewers are a fun and safe introduction. I refuse to eat any where else. It is AYCE and only 15$ for lunch. 20$ for dinner.
